Armstrong/Robbins Handford Collection: Has anyone used this product, if so any opinions? It is available through a contact for about $2sf.

I will installing about 450sf as a floating floor on a 1st concrete slab with hydronic heat. I will also do the stairs to the basement with the same flooring.

Two bucks? I know they had problems selling the line over the years and continued to drop the price. I always liked it because it offered an ash in an engineered..quite unusual. Has nice long lengths too. It is imported. I would definately do more research because of the price. Ask if they're "shorts" or what's wrong with it. Probably cabin grade---no warranty.
