Hello all, I am new to the forums. I am in the process of building my first home, through a builder. They offer Armstrong products for my community; my better half had selected the banyan mahogany at the design center but is now very worried about it. I was curious if anyone has had any experiences with this flooring, good or bad, to share. I have been unable to find any photos of this flooring installed. We are from Arizona, doing our first level (about 1200 sq feet). I would appreciate any insight from those with experience; sorry if I am leaving out any pertinent information.

Builders usually up charge you so much on your flooring when building your better off buying base grade carpet, tearing it out and then buying it yourself. Unless you want that double upcharge on your mortgage for thirty years.

I'm interested in getting the Armstrong Exotic Fusion, particularly the Cypress Grove and Banyan Mahogany. How do you like yours? Any pics you could share?
