Bruce installation instructions indicate that either 15# felt or "laminated rosin paper" may be used as a vapor retarder. I have heard that red rosin paper is NOT a vapor retarder. Is "laminated rosin paper" something different from red rosin paper?

I think they mean Aquabar. Red rosin paper is not a moisture retarder.

Yep. That is Aquabar. They ought to mention it by name. Mullican does.
