Does AquaBar replace the felt or do you need both.

My understanding was the AquaBar is more of a vapor barrier and felt is more to quiet the floor and stop squeaks so I wasn't sure if I needed both.

Will AquaBar stop squeaks and quiet the floor also?

Should I just stick with the tried and tru felt paper?

What is the cost differnece and is it worth it?

I am installing 3/4" Braz Cherry on 3/4 OSB over full basement that I can condition if I want to.
