I am going to have br-111 5/16 engineered hardwood glued-down over concrete. To save money, I was thinking of applying the Bostik's MVP to moisture seal and then have my installer glue-down the harwood over that. Is it easy to trowel the MVP over the concrete? Does it have to be level first? Or can we use the glue to make it level after the MVP is applied? Please help. I'm so confused right now. Or should I just pay the extra $1300 (total of $5300 for labor, Best, & MVP for 800 sq. ft) to have the installer do everything?

Dang. I need to raise my prices ... Again!

You could buy me a round trip ticket on Southwest, and $800 and I'll come put down the MVP

All your floor prep must be done prior to the MVP.
