Do I need to use anything else besides 15# roofing felt under my 3/4" Braz Cherry floor I am going to install?

Is there anything better to use than this that I should consider?

Installation is going on 3/4" OSB over a basement that stays between 55-65 all year. I can also condition the basement whenver I need to.
