Hello,

Would like to install a floor in a 14'x19' bonus room that sits above the garage. This room tends to be the coldest in the winter and the warmest in the summer due to only 1 side of the room being adjacent to a conditioned area. I live near Chicago by the way. I was thinking of an engineered product and to keep thinks easy, a locking designed product. Anyone have any experiences good or bad with the BR111 locking products?

I have used BR-111 locking products and I have found it to be pretty nice stuff. Just look for a product with a thick top layer. This will allow more refinishes in the future.
