My subfloor has some gaps between the plywood sheets. Most are around 1/8", some are around 1/4", and a few are slightly larger. I'm going to be putting down 3/4" pre-finished planks 3-1/4" in width over 15-pound felt.

Is there any reason to fill in any of those gaps? If so, what should I use?

Right, no filler needed, or desired.
