I am installing an edge-glued floating floor. On the first 3 rows, the walls to the side angle away. That is, if I stood with my back to the wall where I will be starting, the walls on the left and right open outwards. I am a little concerned about starting a row with the side wall angled outwards like that. If I just cut the end of the board at an angle to match the angle of the wall, and put in spacers, then when I tap the next board in that row in place, the direction of force of the tap will be at an angle to the direction of the wall, rather than square with it. As a result, I could see this causing the row to shift and gaps to open up.
Is this is a concern? If so, what's the best way to deal with it?
