Hi, I'm about to install some some solid hardwood Bruce 5/16" strip glued to concrete. The floors should not have any abnormal moisture issues. Given that we're gluing to concrete, we do need moisture protection though, and I'd prefer an all in one product.

My contractor has recommended an adhesive by Armada that includes moisture protection. Has anyone ever heard of this company or have experience with the products? I can only find links to the local distributor, and only a product for engineered floors. It might be fine, but I'm curious to hear if anyone has had experience with it. How would it compare to leaders like Sika T21, Bostik GreenForce or VaporLock? I'm told the armada holds well enough for my thin wood, but I don't want to take chances that I might regret later. I'd appreciate an insights you have.

Didn't know Bruce still made that 5/16 solid. I use T-21 and Greenforce all the time. When in doubt I use T-21, it's never failed me. knock on wood. hehe
Just used the T-21 on a solid Eucalyptus floor. Make sure the concrete is not really smooth, its needs a csp of 2 to 3 to grab well.

I don't think Bruce has changed much in a decade SP. Maybe you saw they were sold again too. :|
