Has anyone used Taylor 2071 for engineered floors ? If so, how would you rate it?

It is my top choice for engineered. Let it flash off what little moisture is in it, before getting boards into it.

i can't say i've heard of it honestly, but i work for a smaller company, in my experience Stauf seems to be a very effective adhesive for any application((using it on an owens unfinished enginered atm)) but that's just me
