Do I need to expose all the wood (open all the boxes) to properly acclimate or just leave 3 to 4" gaps in between the boxes and leave the planks in the boxes. Thanks

The more air you can get to the wood, the faster it will acclimate. It will acclimate in the cartons, it just takes a little longer.

With these new engineereds(the inner plys are no longer the same species as the top wear layer) I stack opposites and leave gaps. Then cut both the ends open. It will start to bow if you take the support of the carton off.

Soilds, I open sort and cull, leaving it scattered, unless it is not possible. Rack out what I think I can get done the next day and leave.
