Does anyone have experience with the aforementioned flooring? We are removing 450sf of 3/8" red oak from a local lumber liquidator. Although it looks beautiful it has a lot of gaps and splits. Has anyone installed BR-111 prefinished and how is it as far as milling, quality, etc.?

This will go down over terrazzo.

BR-111 is really nice stuff. The 3/4" is better
